Pharmacist in Charge (Part-Time → Full-Time)

OHC Pharmacy is a rapidly growing pharmacy and DME (Durable Medical Equipment) provider serving patients across Texas. We specialize in retail pharmacy services, non-sterile compounding, DME fulfillment (CGM, CPAP, orthopedic, wound care, mobility, etc.), and are preparing to expand into USP 797/800 sterile compounding. Our technology-driven operation integrates with telehealth, AI, and automated systems to provide efficient and patient-focused care.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a licensed Texas Pharmacist who is ready to grow into a leadership and management role. This position will start part-time (9 AM – 2 PM, Monday–Friday) and is expected to transition quickly into a full-time leadership role as our sterile compounding expansion and DME operations scale. You’ll play a pivotal role in clinical dispensing, compliance, DME oversight, and site management — shaping both pharmacy and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily pharmacy operations: prescription verification, dispensing, counseling, and staff oversight.Manage non-sterile compounding services; prepare for sterile compounding expansion (USP 797/800).Supervise DME operations, including CGM, CPAP, orthopedic kits, wound care, and mobility supplies.Ensure compliance with Texas State Board of Pharmacy, DEA, Medicare/Medicaid, and payer requirements.Maintain proof-of-delivery, PDAC, ABNs, and regulatory documentation for DME.Support automation and technology workflows using PioneerRx, GoHighLevel, Parachute Health, Monday.com, and AI integrations.Provide leadership as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) with direct accountability for audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance.Collaborate with executive leadership to expand clinical programs, sterile compounding, and provider partnerships.

Qualifications:

Active Texas Pharmacist license in good standing.3+ years pharmacy experience (management or leadership preferred).Knowledge of DME operations, payer workflows, and compounding strongly preferred.Familiarity with USP 797/800 standards a plus.Tech-savvy, comfortable with digital systems and automation tools.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
